Ruby Jones

Biography: Ruby D. Jones is a native of Bulloch County and has been a resident of Cloverdale Community for over 40 years.  She is the widow of George F. Jones.  She is the mother of two adult children, Joy and Timothy.  Both are graduates of the Savannah Chatham County Public School System.  She is also the grandmother of six.  They all attend public school.

Mrs. Jones retired from the United States Department of Agriculture as an Environmental Protection Specialist.  She is also a certified teacher, and has taught school for five years.  She is a member of First Bryan Baptist Church, the NAACP, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., the Cloverdale Community Association, the Carver Heights Community Association, and the Woodville Community Association.
