Helping students reach their potential is what Georgia Career Student Association is all about. Through participation in the Coordinated Career Academic Education (CCAE) program, and/or Project Success program, students learn about the world of work and the employment skills they need to be successful. GCSA provides students the opportunity to sharpen skills learned in CCAE and/or Project Success as well as their other career and technical education classes. In addition to learning job skills, GCSA members develop confidence and maturity through meeting challenges and completing projects. As they receive recognition for those achievements, their self-esteem grows and they become more confident of their abilities. Membership in GCSA helps students become well-rounded individuals.
