GACE-ETS Paraprofessional Assessment
GACE-ETS Paraprofessional Assessment is available on highlighted dates below.
To schedule,  please contact Cheryl Morrison @395-5573.
The cost is $38.00. Money orders only and a picture ID are required on the day of the test.

The Georgia Assessments for the Certification of Educators (GACE) is a test created to gauge the abilities and knowledge of prospective Georgian public school teachers and/or paraprofessionals. The GACE test helps to ensure that prospective teachers/paraprofessionals are ready to begin educating students. The GACE exams are in line with national standards for entry-level teachers/paraprofessionals, and are also in line with the preschool - 12th grade Georgia curriculum standards.

Student Guide materials are available in the Professional Learning Office for a fee of $35.00 (refundable upon return) and may be used for 30 days.

Interested teachers or paraprofessionals may also go to and download a Study Guide from the site.
Paraprofessionals can register for the GACE  by calling the Professional Learning Office at 912-395-5573.
