Documentation of Grade Placement (Grades 1-12)

This may include a withdrawal form, current report card, unofficial high school transcript, or verification by telephone from school. Official documents verifying grade placement are required for permanent placement.

Students entering SCCPSS from a Home Study Program, must register at their attendance area school. Individual testing of students enrolling from non- accredited Home Study Programs may be necessary to validate grade level placement or Carnegie unit credit. This verification is conducted at the assigned school.
