How does reserve pay work
Salaries are calculated based on the number of days worked. For example, a 200 day employee working 7 hours/day at $8.76/hr. would calculate their salary as followed:
8.76 x 7 = 61.32 x 200 = 12,264 divided by 24 pay periods = $511.00.
