Applications are reviewed by Human Resources staff to make sure that the applicant meets the qualifications of the job description. Those that meet the requirements are then made available to the hiring manager (or principal) after the date listed by the position. If the position is shown as being advertised until filled, then the applications are released as they are reviewed. The hiring supervisor at the site will select applicants to interview and then will make a recommendation to HR.

Paraprofessional and Administrative Secretary applicants are encouraged to take the Georgia Work Ready Assessment. You can register for the assessment through Savannah Technical College at: http://www.savannahtech.edu/cwo/Economic_Development/Georgia_Work_Ready
All final candidates for Paraprofessional and Administrative Secretary positions are required to take the Georgia Work Ready Assessment. HR will schedule the assessment for final candidates who have not already completed the assessment.
