United Way Campaign 2013

Each year the Savannah-Chatham County Public School System (SCCPSS) joins in to support the annual United Way Campaign.  All schools and departments across the district set out to contribute to the fundraising efforts that will support the United Way's 2013 Campaign Goal of $8,675,000 dollars.

With Education & Youth Development being one of the ongoing support categories, the donations serve many agencies that offer educational programs, enrichment activities, and tutorial services for the benefit all children of Chatham County.  Thirty-four programs are currently funded in this category that range from a focus on early childhood learning, to providing the academic supports that ensure our youth will graduate with the tools they need to be ready for college and the workforce.  For a complete list of the United Way's Education & Youth Development funded programs please visit www.uwce.org.

The 2013 SCCPSS Campaign Goal is $150,000 dollars.  Throughout the campaign, we will celebrate all schools and departments who achieve their individual goal by listing them below.   Please check this website often for updated information as we congratulate our dedicated employees who have contributed to the 2013 campaign - no matter how big or small the donation, we thank you!

PLEASE ENJOY THESE VIDEOS TO SEE HOW THE UNITED WAY IS MAKING A DIFFERENCE FOR OUR STUDENTS AND THE YOUTH OF THIS COMMUNITY.
