Graduation and Education Verifications

If you represent a third party verification company and you need graduation or attendance verification on a former student, please forward by facsimile a request for information to Records Management, (912) 201-5712. 

Using your company letterhead, your request must include the following:

• Your name, the firm you represent, and complete mailing address
• The return facsimile number
• Your telephone number - including area code and extension where you can be reached in the event we have questions regarding your request
• Name and birth date of former student as it appeared on the school record
• Signed authorization
• School(s) and graduation or attendance date(s) to be verified
