About Applications, Development, and Maintenance

The Applications, Development and Maintenance Department provides support for the business and administrative technology needs of the district through collaboration with functional departments (HR, Finance, Academic Affairs), data analysis, application programming, database administration, records imaging management, customer training, and customer support. This includes support of state and federal reporting requirements, internal and external customer requests and day-to-day administrative systems operations.

The major administrative applications deployed in the district include:

o Student Information

o School Accounting

o Time and Attendance

This department works with all divisions to search out new functionality that will improve our ability to provide actionable student, employee and financial data for effective decision making. Improvements in student information access and processes, employee and customer self service, recruiting tools, vendor management and budget planning and management are current goals.
