Applications are available at each school’s cafeteria and front office, the school nutrition office and you can print from the link on this page. You may turn in your paper application to the cafeteria manager or to the school nutrition office located at: 208 Bull Street, room 308. The meal application cannot be faxed or scanned. If using myschoolapps.com there are no additional steps needed.

Please use one (1) application per household, this includes foster children. Please ensure the entire Meal application is complete before submitting; incomplete applications will be returned which will cause delay in processing.

If your total household income is within the limits listed in the table below, your children may be eligible for either free or reduced-priced school meals. If your child/children qualify you may also be eligible for food assistance benefits.
