March 4, 2013 Acceptance Notification Letters mailed

March 25, 2013 Final date to register your child at Largo-Tibet. Registration must be completed by 12:00 p.m. or your IB/PYP slot will be forfeited.

Kindergarten	A lottery process Passing score of 8 on Kindergarten Readiness Assessment Completed Application
1st Grade	S in Conduct BLT Score of 30 or 132 MOY DIBELS composite Completed Application Contact school office at 395-3450 for dates and times of assessment
2nd Grade	S in Conduct BLT score of 64 or 140 MOY DIBELS composite GPA of 80 Completed application Contact school office at 395-3450 for dates and times of assessment
3rd Grade	S in Conduct SRI Lexile score of 330 GPA 0f 80 Completed application
4th Grade	S in Conduct GPA of 80 CRCT Score of 825 in Reading, ELA & Math OR 5th Stanine on the ITBS Completed application
5th Grade	S in Conduct GPA of 80 CRCT Score of 825 in Reading, ELA, & Math OR 5th Stanine on the ITBS SRI Lexile score of 530 Completed application
Kindergarten - 5th Grade students	ALL APPLICANTS MUST PROVIDE PROOF OF ADDRESS:most recent Gas, Electric or Water bill(must be within last 30 days)
1st - 5th Grade students	Please bring most recent AND previous year's end-of-the-year report card.
