The Medical and Allied Health Professions Small Learning Community at Beach High School is a school within a school that offers a comprehensive healthcare preparation program through rigorous coursework, hands-on experiences, and networking opportunities in the healthcare field.  Our students participate in a medical job shadowing program with the South Atlantic Medical Association during their junior and senior years as well as a summer enrichment program with Georgia Health Sciences University during the summer prior to their senior year.  An emphasis on the medical-related issues is occurs in each academic and elective course through competitive and creative classrooms.  All courses are taught on a college preparatory level.

We offer the health sciences pathways in Sports Medicine and General Medicine. Students develop life-long skills that will ensure they will be successful in their post-secondary education and career.
