 CLUBS AND ORGANIZATIONS

 At Savannah Early College, students are provided learning opportunities that prepare them not only for academic success but also social success.  Clubs and organizations allow students to build important life-long skills, such as leadership, communication, and cooperation.  Please review this listing of Savannah Early College student clubs/organizations.

PLEASE NOTE:  You must provide the school written notice, if you do not approve for your student to join or participate.  Each Faculty Advisor will forward a club/organization opt-in permission form to you, if your student expresses interest in joining or participating.  Please complete and sign the form, and immediately return it to the Faculty Advisor.

Compassionate Students

To provide a structured organization of supportive and compassionate peers and classmates who can assist, support, and comfort others who are feeling some-type of sadness, grief, regret, stress, overwhelming feelings, bereavement, or loneliness from personal events, dramas, traumas, bullying, losses, challenges, or detachments.

To provide hands-on learning activities that help students learn about the historic preservation movement in Savannah, GA

Brick & Masonry, Drafting, Google Sketch Up, Stained Glass, Guest Speakers, Photo Documentation, Building Assessment, Oral History Interviews, and Community Service
