Instructional Support Person of the Year
I bring a unique prospective to my position as a Para professional after making a career change a little late in my life I found my place in the classroom. I get a lot of joy from my daily interaction with the students and staff. I have learned a lot from them in my daily interaction, some days I laugh so hard and other days I wonder if they get it. As the students progress through the year you see them make progress mature as they gain knowledge. The little thing that I think don’t matter they respond to those little words of encouragement. From one school year to the next you see the students grow and gain confidence and knowledge it is one of the most rewarding aspects of my job.
