If you are planning on playing and Middle School or High School Sports next school year, you MUST have an updated physical. Physicals are only good for one calendar year.

On Wednesday, May 2, Sports One and SCCPSS have teamed up to offer sports physicals for $10.00.

These physicals will be performed at Jenkins High School beginning at 3:00PM and will run until all those present have been seen.

Proceeds form these physicals benefit SCCPSS Athletics.

Please print off the attached participation packet and bring it with you to the physicals. Please complete everything except the actual Physical Examination Form and The Clearance Form before arriving at JHS.
