Dual Enrollment/College Credit Now
SAA students may be eligible to participate in dual enrollment at a local college or university. Due to the scheduling difficulties that arise as well as other considerations, we recommend that students give careful consideration before electing to participate in dual enrollment. Also, please note that competitive colleges have told us that they prefer students to stay with us and take AP courses rather than participate in dual enrollment.
Students who plan to participate in dual enrollment must carefully read the following document, which outlines BOE policy as well as SAA's considerations. A copy of this document signed by both the student and a parent/guardian must be submitted to the assigned counselor by the specified dates.
