The following documents are intended to assist students (and parents/guardians) in planning their courses during their time at SAA and to help them make the best choices during the course selection process. Course offerings, requirements, and availability are subject to change. Some courses may not be offered for various reasons.
Schedule Changes 2019-2020
Schedule changes are on hold until July 23. Please read the instructions below and complete the online form through the above link, and we will begin working on changes on July 23. Please do not email your counselor. Please use the form only.
All schedule changes will be completed electronically using this form. Please submit your requests below if you have a valid reason for a change (wrong course on schedule, repeating a class, etc.). Submitting a request does not guarantee that your schedule will be changed. We can not accept requests for teacher changes. Please make sure to provide accurate contact information so that we can call or email you if we need to contact you to discuss your request. Updated schedules should be available at open house if submitted before July 30th. PLEASE CHECK YOUR E-MAIL AS WE MAY NEED TO CONTACT YOU AND WILL LIKELY E-MAIL THE RESULT OF OUR ATTEMPTS. Provide the student's cell phone number in case we have an issue that must be discussed. Please do not follow up with an e-mail, as this slows the process and causes confusion. Schedule changes will not be made during open house. Final deadlines for all schedule changes are Friday, August 30th.
