If your last year of attendance was prior to the '05-'06 school year, you must request records through Records Management.
If your last year of attendance was '05-'06 or later, please submit a signed Former Student Transcript Release Form along with $2 per transcript. Checks can be made payable to Savannah Arts Academy. We must receive payment before a transcript can be mailed.
We like to have a signed Current Student Transcript Release Form on file for all seniors as early as possible in senior year so that we can process future transcript requests without delay. If you need a form, you can get one from the counseling secretary.
Please allow at least 48 hours notice when requesting transcripts. Many private colleges and a few public colleges require that a counselor recommendation form or secondary school report form be submitted. If so, bring the forms to your counselor, and be sure to fill out the student section at the top of the forms (if applicable). We will submit the forms along with your transcripts.
For the Common Application we have copies already printed with most basic information already typed in. If you need one of those forms submitted, see your counselor to fill out your portion. We complete UGA recommendations online.
