Ms. Roberts is an inspiration to our students and strives to nurture their love of learning through her dedication and passion for teaching. She is a graduate of Armstrong Atlantic State University and holds a Bachelors degree in Pre-Law as well as a Masters in Education. Ms. Roberts completed her student teaching internship at WFES under the tutelage of Toby Romero and his third grade class. She joined the ranks of faculty in January of 2014 as an Early Intervention Program teacher in which she worked closely with struggling students to offer them one on one instruction and guidance. After spending a year as an EIP teacher, she decided to go into the classroom and teach fourth grade where she could nurture her students and share her love of learning. Ms. Roberts really saw a connection with her fourth grade students during their math time and enjoyed seeing the students "light up" when a concept finally clicked for them. When an opportunity arose for her to become the Title I Math Lab teacher she knew that this was her calling. Over the past three years, as the Title I Math Lab specials teacher, she has played an integral part in influencing and molding every student in our school by getting them excited about learning and encouraging them to become proficient mathematicians.
